EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the withdrawal form below within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after your order has been dispatched or delivered, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Returned goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Once we have received the returned goods, or proof that they have been returned, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (where applicable). Any upgraded or express delivery charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Upon receipt of your request, we will confirm your withdrawal by email and provide return instructions where applicable.
