Refund policy

If you wish to return an item, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to send your item back to us.

We do not offer exchanges. Exchange requests will be refunded to your original payment method.

We do not offer free returns, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Please keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed. For returns from outside the UK, please clearly mark outside of parcel with "RETURN GOODS" to avoid customs charges.

Important: Items must be received within the 28-day window to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Please do not email us before this timeframe. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be sent back within 28 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging
Swimwear must include the hygiene sticker
Gift cards are non-refundable

If any of these conditions are not met, returns will be refused at our discretion

EU Customers
