ORDERING & DELIVERY

Can I place an order without creating an account?

You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://theraggedpriest.com/account/register and follow the instructions.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your junk / spam email folder as sometimes our emails will automatically go there. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@theraggedpriest.com just in case and we can resend your confirmation email for you.

How do I cancel or change my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@theraggedpriest.com, we may be able to cancel or amend your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. We are not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses so please double check your address is accurate before placing your order.

When will my order arrive?

For UK orders, you have the option to select next day delivery at checkout (orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day), Saturday delivery (orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday for Saturday delivery services) and Standard delivery (Hermes 48h) - Standard delivery parcels usually take 2 days to be delivered, however this is a delivery aim and sometimes this can take up to 4 days.

Most orders are dispatched the same or following day of you placing your order - if this isn't the case, please get in touch with our team at info@theraggedpriest.com 

All international orders will be sent using Deutsche Post with the transit times varying from 2-7 days. Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us at info@theraggedpriest.com and we will investigate your delivery.  

Please note, next day delivery is for working day delivery only and does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Orders must be placed before 2pm to receive next day delivery. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Saturday delivery is available and all orders must be made before 2pm Friday to ensure delivery. Some postcodes are exempt from next working day delivery and our team will be in touch if this is the case.

Why has my order been cancelled or part shipped?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always get in touch to apologise and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible. We sometimes like to send you something as an apology so please check to see if we've emailed you. (this may go to your junk / spam email folder)

How much is shipping?

Here are all of our shipping options:

UK Orders:

Evri standard 2-4 day tracked shipping- £3.95

DPD Next Working Day delivery - £6.95 (Order before 2pm) 

DPD Saturday Delivery - £9.95 (Order before 2pm Friday)

International Orders: 

Deutsche Post USA Standard Delivery £9

Deutsche Post EU Standard Delivery (Duties & Taxes included) - £11 *

Deutsche Post Rest of World Standard Delivery - £13.50

Next day delivery is an estimation and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be 1-2 days in some occasions.

Please note, you may be liable to pay for courier customs charges / fees where applicable. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are determined by the destination country, weight and value of the order and the product's country of manufacture. This price is not included within your original shipping cost.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. If you haven't received your shipping email, please check your junk / spam email folder. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, please get in touch with our team at info@theraggedpriest.com.

I didn't use my discount code, can I add it after I've placed my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to orders after they've been placed. You're welcome to save your discount code to use again on another order.

My order is showing as delivered, but I haven't received it - what do I do?

Please get in touch with us at info@theraggedpriest.com as soon as possible and our customer care team will follow this up with the courier. 

Will I need to pay customs charges?

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. 

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

In the event that your parcel has not arrived within the designated shipping time, or has no tracking information or recent updates please let us know at info@theraggedpriest.com as soon as possible. In order to receive full compensation for lost or missing orders you will need to notify us within the following time frames:

UK Customers – 7 days from date of dispatch

International Customers – 14 days from date of dispatch

Please note that if we are notified of any problems with your shipment outside of these windows, we may only be able to offer store credit as compensation for any parcels that are declared as lost.

RETURNS

How can I return an item?

You can return your order to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. (please note - the item needs to be received by us within the 28 day window.)

Please return items in their original, unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel.

Unfortunately, we don't yet offer free returns, so you'll need to send the package back at your own cost.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you will be liable for any damage to the goods until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable shipper. Any parcels sent on a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk. Please keep your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost in transit. 

If returning an international order, clearly mark ‘RETURN GOODS’ on the description to avoid paying unnecessary charges.

Please note, a barcode label will be included on your returns form - this is for our warehouse only and not for the post office / courier service to scan.

How can I exchange an item?

You can return your order to us within 28 days from the date of delivery for an exchange of any item of the same price or the same item in a different size. Please complete your returns form with the item(s) you're returning and the item(s) you wish to receive as an exchange. Please return items in their original, unworn condition with the tags attached. Remember to complete the returns form enclosed with your order and include it in your parcel.

Unfortunately, we don't yet offer free returns, so you'll need to send the package back at your own cost. However, you won't need to pay any further postage for us to send your exchange back to you.

What do I do if I lose my returns form?

If you need a new returns form, you can re-print a new one using the link below:

Please ensure you remember to include your full name, order number and items you wish to return. Make sure you select whether you wish to receive a refund or an exchange and remember to include what item / size you'd wish to have as an exchange if applicable.

If you don't have access to a printer, you can alternatively write all the information required on a piece of paper and include this in your parcel.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team at info@theraggedpriest.com with the details. We’ll usually respond within 48 hours (this could be doubled in peak times). Our team will provide you with a free returns label to send the item back to us and ensure you receive a brand new item or full refund. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached. Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your item for our team to be able to resolve this fully for you.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the courier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, our warehouse will process this and we will email you once your refund has been processed or exchange has been dispatched. Please note, returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed after receiving the item into our warehouse however we aim to process them as quickly as possible. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to be recieved back into your account depending on your bank. If your refund hasn't been received after 5 working days, please get in touch with our team at returns@theraggedpriest.com and we will be able to supply you with information regarding your refund. Exchanges will be sent using our standard shipping service.

Can I return sale items?

Of course! Sale items have the same returns policy as full price items. If you purchase an item in sale and need an exchange for a new size but the sale price has been increased since you purchased, you can still exchange your item without having to pay anything extra.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take 3-5 working days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 14 working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed. If your return has been delivered and not processed within 20 days, please get in touch with us at returns@theraggedpriest.com with your order number, the items you returned and your return tracking and our team will investigate this for you.

OTHER FAQs

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Simply add your own or the recipients email address at checkout for instant delivery. Please note, gift cards are valid for online purchases only and cannot be used in store. Gift cards can be found by clicking here.

I've signed up to your newsletter but where is my 10% off code?

If you've signed up for our newsletter but haven't yet received your 10% off code, this could be for a few reasons. Firstly, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription (this may have gone to your junk email folder), you'll need to confirm you're happy to be subscribed to our newsletter before you receive the 10% off discount code. This will be on a second email with a code to enter at checkout for 10% off all full price items. If you haven't received anything from us, this may be due to a typo in your email address when you signed up - if you want to check this, please email us at info@theraggedpriest.com and our team will look into this for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Maestro. We also accept payment by Clearpay, PayPal or Klarna. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to the Clearpay, PayPal or Klarna website, where you’ll be prompted to process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete. We offer Klarna - pay later in 30 days or Klarna - spread the cost, where you're able to split the cost of your order in 3 monthly payments. Do you have a size chart?

Do you offer a student discount?

We do! Please click here to view our student discount page. 

Will you be restocking an item?

If we've sold out of an item you're after online, please sign up to the back in stock email notifications on the product page. You'll be the first to know as soon as an item comes back in stock! We don't often restock seasonal items so if you're unsure please email info@theraggedpriest.com.

My order total is different, is this right?

Your order total will display in GBP at checkout (even where you are using our currency converter to view prices in your local currency) and all order confirmation emails and invoices will show GBP. The conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank. While most exchange rate systems are very similar, we can't guarantee the exchange rate we are using to display an approximate price to you on our site will be the same exchange rate that your bank uses when processing your transaction. Currency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you.
