Warehouse picker and packer

  • picking orders daily
  • packing orders quickly and efficiently
  • ensuring stock is kept tidy and all warehouse areas are kept clean
  • re processing stock and adding back into correct warehouse areas
  • at times picking and packing larger orders for wholesale accounts
  • Quality checking products before shipping
  • partaking in warehouse stock takes

Customer Service

  • exporting new orders daily from Shopify order system
  • replying to customer service queries
  • answering customer phone calls
  • shipping orders using ship theory system
  • ensuring parcels are shipped correctly/chasing up any shipment issues with courier companies
  • preparing parcels for daily collections
  • processing returns, including re packing
  • processing customers refunds and/or exchanges

E Commerce Manager

Full time: Mon-Fri.
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Location: This job will be based at our head office in Southend-On-Sea, Essex

As a rapidly growing online retailer, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team.
This role is heavily invested in data & insights, and using them to underpin all decisions to ensure a successful ROI. The ideal person will have a proven e-commerce background and strong commercial acumen. You will work closely with the brands Managing Director and Creative Director and be able to make strategic decisions as well as hands on implementation of the full digital marketing mix; SEO, PPC & Email Marketing.


– Define and monitor KPI to track sales performance, website performance and adjust investment and strategy
– Analysis of online behaviour to strategise profit growth opportunities
– Weekly/monthly reporting on sales (category and product performance) and traffic analytics
– Closely monitor discount and promotions activity
– Ensure site remains SEO friendly and manage continuous on site improvements
– Stock control and online merchandising to boost sales
– Developing and driving the integration of e-commerce direct marketing
– Researching and screening new functionality to improve shopping experience and conversion


– Analytical mind and an entrepreneurial disposition
– Understanding online customer journeys and expectations
– Knowledge of online retail systems
– Working knowledge of WordPress would be beneficial
– Knowledge of PPC and retargeting is desired
