UK Standard – 48hr service (from date of dispatch – we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days) fully tracked – £2.95
UK Next Day – Next Day service (from date of dispatch – we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days) fully tracked – £6.00
EU Standard – 4-6 day service (from date of dispatch – we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days) fully tracked – £6.95
Rest of World Standard – 6-10 day service (from date of dispatch – we aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days) fully tracked – £8.95
If you do wish to return or exchange your item, you can do within 28 days from the date of dispatch. The item will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so you will need to send the package back at your own cost. If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item, then this cost will be refunded back to you – please contact us before you post your item to arrange this. Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk.

We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, however during sale or other busy periods orders may take longer to be processed. If there is a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you to let you know.
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, we do accept credit or debit cards over the phone. Just give us a call on (+44) 01702 330695 and ask for the web team.
After successfully placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is now being processed (if you don’t receive this email straight away, please check your junk folder).
If you are unsure what size you might be, please do check our ‘Size Guide’ below. Please note that sizing may vary between styles. If you have any specific sizing questions, or would like more information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have placed an order but not yet received your order confirmation then drop us an email at email@example.com, please include your name and the item/s you ordered in this email. Alternatively, you can call us on ‘01702 330695’ and just ask to be put through to the web team.
You can find your order number in the email confirmation you receive after placing your order.
If your order is faulty or incorrect then you can return it to us using the address given on the returns form included in your package. Please fill in this form, with the details of your refund or exchange and include it in your return. Once we have received your item we will then give you your refund or exchange.
The time it takes to process your return may vary dependant on:
- the delivery option chosen (e.g. First or Second class etc)
- your location
- the day your item is received by us (we are open Monday – Friday)

You are legally entitled to cancel your order and obtain a full refund as long as you do this while your order is still being processed and has not yet been dispatched. In order to cancel you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number and full address. We will then be able to cancel your order and refund you. If your order has already been dispatched when you cancel it then you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.
