You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Gift cards are non refundable.

Free standard delivery on orders over €70 (excluding delivery charges)

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS +
Received a faulty or incorrect item? Please select the relevant reason when submitting your return through our Returns Portal.
You will not be charged for return shipping.
REFUNDS +
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
RETURN CONDITIONS +
Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
